About Happy Destiny CIC
Welcome to Happy Destiny CIC, where everyone deserves a place to call home. We are pioneering a new approach to community-owned housing through our innovative subscription-based model. Built on trust, community, and collective success, our platform empowers individuals to support one another and create lasting stability. Alongside our housing work, our clothing and accessories line promotes joy and helps fund our mission, with profits reinvested directly into our community housing projects.
This is a subscription based home ownership scheme
No guarantor or deposit needed
No credit checks
If you end up claiming benefits the repayment fee will automatically match the highest the government will pay for your housing
Plans can be passed on to family or named loved one.
We will help Gold members with final preparations costs in the event of death of that of a member or loved one
Members only have to be 18 or over and have right to live in the UK.
Every home will be fitted with the latest models of energy saving equipment.
Through our loyalty programme, members receive a 20% discount on their subscription every 12 months, with fees capped at £3.

Happy Destiny CIC purchases homes of up to £400,000 for eligible members, who can access them through affordable community-based schemes with interest-free payment plans. Members are required to live in the property for at least five years before any sale or rental.

Gold members can receive up to £15,000 in bereavement assistance to cover final preparation costs. This amount can be added to their existing membership plan in a way that keeps contributions manageable, with no added fees or interest.
