Monthly Billing
- Silver Membership places you in the queue to access support for a CIC-purchased home valued at up to £400,000, guiding you on the path to home ownership.
- All repayments to the fund are interest free and on on flexible terms.
- Financial assistance we receive from the public or organisations will be used to support Silver Members in progressing towards home ownership.
- Silver members benefit directly from 50% of the sales from the clothing and accessories line, with these profits going directly into the fund to purchase homes.
- Silver Members will also benefit from our rewards programme for continued support. For every 12 months of membership, 20% of the fee will be deducted, and if you remain at this level long enough, the fee will be capped at £3.

Monthly Billing
- Gold Membership is automatically achieved once you have accessed the housing fund and entered the repayment process.
- All repayments to the fund are interest free and on flexible terms.
- Gold members can access the bereavement support fund for up to £15,000 in their time of need. Any assistance provided will be added to the existing repayment plan on interest-free and flexible terms.
- After completing five years of residency, and once the repayment plan has been fulfilled in full, the member will have full ownership rights and may choose to sell, rent, or otherwise use the property as they wish.
- After 7 years of residence, Gold members may access up to £15,000 from the fund to carry out home improvements. Any assistance provided will be added to the existing repayment plan on interest-free and flexible terms.
